Robert B. Cialdini

This book provides a real world insight into human behavior and explores how minor, varying factors can lead to very different human decisions. As one of the nations leading psychology professors, Caldini has conducted numerous sociological studies on human behavior and examines many root causes to mass influencing factors. The studies are presented to support his points which are much more interesting than just reading the results of the studies. I found the most compelling points to be his chapter on the rules of reciprocation along with his explanations and examples of conditioned responses. You must read this book.
